China’s First Emperor and the Terracotta Warriors
National Museums Liverpool was selected as the European host city for showcasing objects from one of the world’s greatest archaeological discoveries in its current three year European loan cycle and can be visited at Liverpool’s World Museum until 28th October 2018.
The Hub, in the role of principal contractor, worked closely with the exhibitions team at National Museums Liverpool and their appointed creative team, Draw & Code, to deliver an exhibition that integrates the technical requirements, through installation and operation, of both the collection and the specified interpretive media, whilst delivering the level of quality expected of an international blockbuster exhibition.
Utilising our state of the art production facilities we delivered a number of immersive experiences that were coordinated with the producers at Draw & Code, requiring the sharing of software and production techniques to meet the expectations of National Museums Liverpool, the Shaanxi Provincial Cultural Relics Bureau and Shaanxi History Museum (Shaanxi Cultural Heritage Promotion Centre), People’s Republic of China who jointly organised the exhibition.
